- We have performed comprehensive reviews of clients’ portfolios of growth opportunities, including those at operational mine sites and surrounding districts, and have helped these clients develop multi-year exploration business plans.
- For a client with metals operations and exploration investments, but no exploration staff, we helped design and develop a new geology and exploration group. We recruited for key positions and developed a comprehensive set of procedures, policies and guidelines to assist the new group.
- We helped a major international mining company redesign and integrate effective technical and commercial project gating processes into their exploration process.
