Steven Bussey (BA, M.Sc, PhD, SGA) Steve has more than 25 years of experience in mineral exploration. He is a distinguished field geologist and is an expert in the application of GIS to mineral exploration, including building structured GIS datasets for project evaluation and spatial data modeling for new target definition. Prior to joining WMS, Steve worked in a number of senior exploration roles, including Principal Geoscientist, for WMC Resources Ltd. At WMS, Steve's focus is on framework studies, mineral exploration targeting, project due diligence, and exploration program and project management.

Jon Hronsky (BAppSci, PhD, MAusIMM, FSEG) Jon has more than 25 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry, primarily focused on project generation, technical innovation and exploration strategy development. Jon has worked across a diverse range of commodities and has particular expertise in targeting for nickel sulfide and gold deposits. His targeting work led to the discovery of the West Musgrave nickel sulfide province in Western Australia. Jon is currently Chairman of the Board of the Center for Exploration Targeting in Western Australia and was the 2009 Society of Economic Geology Distinguished Lecturer. Prior to joining WMS, Jon was Manager-Strategy & Generative Services for BHP Billiton Mineral Exploration and before that, Global Geoscience Leader for WMC Resources Ltd.

Brad Margeson (BA, M.Sc., SME, FSEG) Brad has been involved in the design and management of mineral exploration programs worldwide for over 30 years. At WMS, Brad's focus is on framework studies, mineral exploration targeting, project due diligence, and exploration program management at the senior level. Prior to co-founding WMS, Brad held several senior management roles for WMC Resources Ltd including Exploration Manager Canada, Regional Exploration Manager North America, and Global Manager of Exploration Projects. While at WMC, Brad led the team that discovered the Meliadine (west) gold deposits in Nunavut, Canada.

Bart Suchomel (BA, M.Sc., RPG, FAusIMM, FSEG) Bart has over 25 years of experience in mineral exploration, including 14 years in corporate senior management roles. He has extensive experience in exploration strategy development and business planning. Bart's focus is providing assistance to mining and exploration companies in the areas of exploration strategy, planning, portfolio management and new project development. He is also extensively involved with mineral exploration targeting and project due diligence. Prior to co-founding WMS, Bart was General Manager - Exploration for WMC Resources Ltd., responsible for WMC's global exploration programs including near-mine brownfields exploration. He also held other senior management roles in WMC and led teams that discovered gold deposits in Chile and Brazil.

Jeff Welborn (BA, JD) Jeff has over 35 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry – 25 years as a mineral lawyer, 8 years in corporate senior management roles in WMC Resources Ltd, and 5 years as a founder/partner at WMS. Jeff's experience covers the range of commercial, legal and risk management matters that comprise the non-technical side of the mineral exploration and mining. His focus is commercial, legal, and business risk management at the senior management level. Jeff works with mining and exploration companies on non-technical due diligence and risk management aspects of new exploration opportunities and jurisdictions. He also assists WMS clients with matters that involve commercial strategy, planning, deal analysis and negotiation and minerals/land access.
